Capacity:

Brick & Mirth hosts up to 110 guests.

Included with every rental:

Round Banquet Tables 
*Tables are set up as rounds of 8-10 guests
6' and 8' Banquet Tables as needed
Chairs (Seating for up to 110 guests) 
Linens (choice of black or Ivory)
Venue staff
*Rent our tableware ($4.00 per place setting)

Access:

 Guests will have access promptly at the start time of their rental. Decorating & set-up, the event, and the clean up must all take place during the designated rental time. Upon guest arrival, the room will be clean and set per the floor plan.

Decorating:

We do not allow extensive decorating since most surfaces are brick. You are welcome to decorate your tables as you wish.  We offer tablescape options and centerpieces for a fee. Balloons are allowed but must be weighted. *No confetti of any kind is allowed. Nothing can be hung on any lighting fixture.

Food:

Brick & Mirth offers an open catering policy for private events. Guests may bring in prepared food or hire a licensed caterer to deliver prepared food. Caterers are required to stay on-site to monitor food service and clean up. If the caterer does not stay on-site, Brick & Mirth can ‘act’ as the caterer for a fee of $275. This service includes staff to monitor the buffet / food for the duration of food service, clear all tables, and break down and clean the buffet area. This service does not include tableware, chafing dishes, or servingware. 
Brick & Mirth offers in-house catering options for your convenience.  All catering options include tableware and servingware. All beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic must be purchased through Brick & Mirth

Drinks:

Brick & Mirth offers a variety of Bar Packages to meet your needs ranging from $18- $30 per person. We can also create signature drinks for your event, and we provide non-alcoholic options. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks must be purchased through Brick & Mirth. No outside alcohol is permitted and no alcohol may be taken out of the building.

Parking:

There is street parking as well as public parking near the City Hall behind the building.

Audio/Visual:

No DJ? No Problem! Use our complimentary Bluetooth speaker. We rent a portable screen & projector which can be placed anywhere in the room for $75. We welcome insured musicians and DJs. All vendors are responsible for their own set-up including tables.

Staff:

Wedding packages include adequate staff on-site for the duration of your event. For events other than weddings, we offer the option of full-bar service. ($125 bar set-up fee includes a bartender for up to 4-hours and a ‘cash’ or hosted bar).  

Insurance:

All vendors must provide proof of insurance for the event rental date.

Deposit/Balance:

The rental deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit is 50% of the rental rate. The remaining balance of all fees (including all extras and packages) must be paid one full week before the event.

Cancellations:

The Initial rental payment is non-refundable. Any other fees which have been paid in advance are refundable if the event is cancelled more than 60 days in advance. Events may be rescheduled for another date at the discretion of the venue. All fees must be paid one full week before the event.

In a Nutshell:

Rent our beautiful space, and we will provide tables, chairs, and linens for up to 110 guests. You are welcome to hire a caterer, and we also offer menu options for your event. We offer tableware and centerpiece options for rent.  We offer bar service with several packages for you to choose from. ($125 bartender fee). Select your date, and a deposit (50% of the rental rate) will secure your event date. The balance must be paid 7 days prior to your event.
